Can you say "STRIKE"!

Wow! I'm very nervous yet excited for the possibility of a teacher strike. This is one of the posters in the window of my car. I've been to the negotiating meetings and am shocked at the complete disregard of hard working people. I would love to see the day when teachers stand together and bring this country to a hault! The fact that there has been ZERO coverage of any of this in the local paper may scare me more!

Princess Mackenzie

She loved dressing up and putting on her special make-up!

Beautiful!

Doesn't she look like a little doll? I can't even tell you how happy a $2 package of Halloween Princess Make-up made her.

"ONE MORE HOUSE!"

We could not keep up with this girl when we went trick-or-treating! She ran from house to house this year leaving her big brother in the dust!

Go Kenzie Go!

At one point in the night we had to tie her princess gown around her waist so she could run easier and faster!

Watch out!

"I vant to suck your blood!"

Dracoo!

Kylie helped with his make-up and was more than happy to paint his nails. I had to get the nail polish remover out as we were running out the door to school the next day because he COULDN'T go to school with painted nails - even if they were painted black.

Levi the vampire

He had fun! One house gave out candy cigarettes and cigars (I know - what are people thinking - I didn't even know you could still by that crap!) Anyway, he and his friend came running down the driveway screaming at the top of their lungs "I got cigarettes, WooHoo! I got a cigar!" I was such a proud Mom!!!!

Yikes!

Levi is such a ham!

The Three

Kylie only had the make-up part done for her costume because as you can see she had more important things - the phone! Mack gave Levi a good wollup on the head with her septor after this shot. She was tired of him trying to suck her blood!

The Neighborhood Halloween Party

Levi and Mack went to the neighbors Halloween party. They had sooooo much fun running around with all the kids. This was taken in the spooky room at the party. Kenz wasn't to sure about it. Click on this picture to see the larger view - her face is priceless!

The End of the Night

This was my favorite part of Halloween when I was a kid! Counting your loot!

"Can we go to one more house?"

Levi strategically laid his candy out one by one in organized piles, Kenzie dumped hers in the middle of the floor!

Presenting - Freddie the Frog

I can't express to all of you how excited Levi was about being the lead in his school play! He had an amazing amount of lines and he had them memorized in no time at all! He belted out his lines like a pro!

Dressed and Ready to Perform!

Here he is in his classroom ready to go on! When I went in he was dressed and working on some math work while he waited.

The Cheering Section

Grammy and Grandpa went to the 10 am show and Kearby, Kylie, Mackenzie, Becka (Kylie's friend", and I went to the 7 pm show! Both were awesome!

FREDDY FREDDY

He was SOOOOOO cute! You could of heard him belting out his lines across the street! He was definantly LOUD AND CLEAR!

The spell is being cast on Freddy!

Songs at the end of the performance were hilarious!

We caught the star for one picture before he changed!
