New Beauty to Discover
Utah is a great mix between the desert and the green beauty of Oregon. Surprising.
We went up to the ski resorts and there was still some snow up there. Amazingly close to our house and we are so excited for the ski season. We will enjoy the sunshine first though.

Our First Utah Hike!
We were ready to hike!
We had some sprinkles as we hiked. It felt like home. Kenzie kept saying we must have brought the rain with us from Oregon.
We saw three different snakes on this hike. Here's one strange colored one.
She was tired! Especially after falling.Kylie Turns 17!
She had a great day. We all went to the waterpark for the day then off to In-n-Out for her birthday dinner finally home for brownies and presents.
She really loves cards. I thought because they have the potential to holding cash and she says, "True, I do like that but I like to read them." She read every single word. She is a sweet girl.

Unpacking and Getting Settled
Kenzie's room in the basement. Nice and cool but we wonder how she'll do sleeping down here without her brother. We'll see!

Here's the family room downstairs. Kenz was taking a break to read to Ginger her giant stuffed giraffe.
This is Levi's room becoming the storage area for now. He's still in OR so his room will have to wait.
Fresh lettuce from the garden in the backyard! Yum!
Here's our little Levi shrine. I can't believe he's still in OR. I miss him soooo much. I miss his smiling face and big hugs. He always says good morning to me when he wakes up and gives me a big hug. Miss that!
